Medisco MesO PDRN is powered by a premium concentration of Sodium DNA (PDRN), a highly purified DNA fragment derived from salmon testicles. Salmon DNA is incredibly bio-compatible with human skin DNA, allowing it to act as an immediate cellular trigger.

​Unlike traditional cosmetics that struggle to penetrate past the dead stratum corneum (outermost skin layer), this lightweight serum delivers active molecules directly through micro-channels. Its primary mechanism works at a cellular level, stimulating fibroblasts—the cells responsible for generating structural proteins. It forces them to accelerate the production of fresh collagen, elastin, and extracellular matrix components. Simultaneously, PDRN activates the skin's natural healing pathways, rapidly repairing damaged tissue, reducing sub-surface inflammation, and improving blood circulation to restore a dense, youthful, and luminous skin matrix from within.

How To Use

Medisco MesO PDRN is formulated exclusively for professional application using a Microneedling Therapy System (MTS), nano-channeling, or standard superficial mesotherapy techniques.

1. Cleanse & Prime

Preparation

Thoroughly cleanse the face with Stayve Mild Cleansing Milk and prep the texture using Stayve Hydrating Rose Toner Ensure the skin surface is completely dry and sanitized before beginning.

2. Vial Preparation

Mono-Serum Control

Pop open the sterile aluminum cap of the 4ml vial. Secure the clear plastic dropper nozzle tightly onto the vial.

(Note: Do not mix or layer different Medisco MesO ampoules together in a single pass).

Micro-Channeling Application

MTS Device Operation

Apply the serum section by section over the target areas. Using a professional microneedling pen, work across the skin in smooth, fluid motions, guiding the pen upward against the direction of facial gravity.

4. Absorption & Aftercare

No-Rinse Lock

Once the micro-channeling is complete, gently pat any remaining serum from the vial into the face until fully absorbed. Do not rinse or wash the face. Complete the procedure by applying a generous layer of Medisco Peelieve Cica Cream or Stayve Repair Cream to calm redness and lock in the active PDRN matrix.

​Sodium DNA (PDRN): Actively triggers tissue repair mechanisms and boosts structural protein synthesis to firm and renew the skin.

​Sodium Hyaluronate & Hydrolyzed Collagen: Works synergistically with PDRN to instantly bind moisture to the deeper layers, plumping out fine wrinkles.

​Panthenol & Allantoin: Provides immediate anti-inflammatory relief to calm redness caused by mechanical needling.
Storage & Precautions

Storage Guidelines

​Refrigerate After Unsealing: An unopened 4ml vial remains chemically stable for 24 months from its production date. However, active PDRN molecules maintain maximum potency when kept cool. For best results, use the entire vial during a single session. If any serum remains, seal it tightly with the plastic dropper cap, store it immediately in a dark refrigerator (2°C to 8°C), and use it within 48 hours.

​Keep Away From Light: Store the box in a cool, dry place strictly between 2°C and 28°C, completely shielded from direct sunlight, windows, and high heat sources.

​Child Safety: Keep out of reach of infants and children.

​Important Precautions

​Spacing the Treatments: Do not layer or combine different Medisco MesO serums (such as Vitamin C or Glutathione) on top of each other during the same microneedling session. Maintain a clear buffer window of 1 to 2 weeks before switching your client to a different MesO booster line.

​Post-Care Restrictions: Instruct clients to avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 48 to 72 hours post-procedure, and mandate the daily application of a high-protection broad-spectrum sunscreen to safeguard newly regenerating skin cells.

​Patch Testing: For clients with a history of hyper-reactive skin or allergies to marine-derived products, perform a small patch test behind the ear or jawline prior to a full facial application.

​Strictly Topical/MTS Boundary: This product is safety-certified and formulated exclusively for superficial microneedling (MTS), nano-needling, or shallow cosmetic mesotherapy depth (0.2mm to 0.6mm). It must never be administered via deep intradermal or subcutaneous medical injections using traditional heavy syringes.
