How To Use

Medisco MesO Vitamin C is designed strictly for professional application using either a Microneedling Therapy System (MTS) or classical mesotherapy techniques.

1. Cleanse & Prepare

Sanitation

Thoroughly cleanse the skin with Stayve Mild Cleansing Milk tone with Stayve Hydrating Rose Toner Ensure the skin surface is fully sanitized and dry before beginning.

2. Vial Prep

Single-Use Packaging

Pop open the sterile aluminum cap of the 4ml vial. Fit the clear plastic dropper nozzle tightly onto the vial. (Note: Do not combine or mix multiple different Medisco MesO ampoules in the same session).

Apply the serum evenly over a specific zone of the face.

MTS Method: Using a professional microneedling pen, work zone-by-zone in smooth, fluid movements. Always move the pen from the jawline upward toward the forehead (opposite the direction of facial muscles).

No Rinse

Once the micro-channeling is complete, gently pat any remaining serum from the vial into the skin. Do not wash or rinse the face. Complete the session by applying a thick, soothing layer of Medisco Peelieve Cica Cream or Stayve Repair Cream to calm redness and seal the active vitamin matrix.

Storage Guidelines

​Strict Refrigeration After Opening: An unopened vial is stable for 24 months from the production date. However, pure Ascorbic Acid oxidizes rapidly when exposed to air. Once an ampoule is unsealed, it should ideally be used completely within the session. Any small leftovers must be tightly sealed with the dropper cap, kept in a dark refrigerator (2°C to 8°C), and used within 24–48 hours before turning amber/oxidizing.

​Keep Out of Light: Store the box in a cool, dry place strictly between 2°C and 28°C. Keep completely hidden away from direct sunlight and high heat.

​Keep Secure: Keep out of reach of infants and children.

​Important Precautions

​Vitamin C Sensitivity: Because this formula delivers pure, highly potent Ascorbic Acid, clients with extremely reactive skin or a known sensitivity to topical Vitamin C should undergo a small patch test behind the ear prior to a full facial treatment. A brief, mild tingling sensation during application is normal.

​Sun Sensitivity Post-Treatment: Vitamin C works actively within the skin cells. Ensure the client avoids direct sun exposure, tanning beds, saunas, and intense exercise for 48 to 72 hours post-procedure, and mandates the daily use of a high-protection broad-spectrum SPF.

​Spacing Between Different Serums: Do not layer different Medisco MesO serums (like Glutathione or Hyaluronic Acid) on top of each other in the same microneedling session. Allow 1 to 2 weeks of breathing room before switching your client to a different MesO booster line.

​Strict Epidermal Boundary: This skin booster is formulated and safety-certified exclusively for superficial microneedling (MTS), nano-channeling, or standard shallow mesotherapy depth (0.2mm to 0.6mm). It should never be injected deeply into the deep dermal or subcutaneous tissues via heavy medical syringes.
