What is Spicule?

The raw material prurified by patented refining technology from the incus of natural seaweed living in a deep clean ocean. It wakes up the skin by stimulating the skin for 72 hours, peeling off waste and giving nutrients to the skin.

What is Stayve Seanergy Peel?

It is a treatment also called FCR(Fractional prickle coral Calcium Regeneration) Peel. The micro-particle of Spicule, rich in minerals, penetrates into the dermis layer of the skin and makes fine wounds for 36 to 72 hours. During this process, the dormant dermal cells wake up and attack the spicule to protect the skin. Activated derma cells by spicule, make the skin self-recovery environment by promoting the synthesis of collagen and elastin. Through the natural exfoliating effects, skin restores the original health and peels off dead skin cells.

How to use

1. Preparation

Cleanse your face by using Stayve Mild Cleansing Milk.
Refine your skin by applying or spraying Stayve Hydrating Rose Toner.

After refining your skin, apply anesthetic cream and after 30 minutes, wipe away clearly before you begin the treatment.

2. Procedure

The treatment goes by cheek -> forehead, nose accordingly.
Apply the mixed solution and lightly press; this action is called Rubbing. At this moment, take around 2 ~ 3 minutes per area, reapply the solution during rubbing, and proceed precisely. After rubbing is done, repeat pressing the entire treated area.

*Do not attempt rubbing strongly on the sensitive skin such as eyes and mouth area, but lightly press it.

3. Removing the Residue

Use a damp sponge or gauze to wipe off any residue from the skin's surface. Be careful not to wipe strongly as the effect of microparticles may decrease.

*It is normal to feel tingling of other substances stuck on the face.

4. Finish

Put on a mask sheet to soothe and moisturize irritated skin. It is good to mask pack cold before using it.

After Care

Apply sunscreen precisely after the treatment. Freckles or pigmentation might occur when exposed to the sunlight without applying sunscreen.
Lightly cleanse your face with a wet sponge or warm water for 1 ~ 2 days after using Stayve Seanergey Ampoule.
Use hypoallergenic cleanser for 3 ~ 5 days after using Stayve Seanergy Peel Ampoule. Pohibit using wet tissue, soap, or any other exfoliating products and products with pellets/grains.
Apply plenty of ampoule or cream that is helpful for moisturization often, every 7 ~ 8 hours, until all the dead skin cells are gone.
Do not touch the face with unhygienic hands
Do not peel off the dead skin cell forcefully and moisturize properly until dead skin cells are removed naturally.

Treatment Interval

Stayve Seanergy Peel Ampoule provides you the skin improvement effect by exfoliating that takes around 3 ~ 5 days after the treatment.

You'll be able to see the skin improvement effect after one session of treatment.

Depending on the skin type, you'll be able to see acne-prone skin improvement after 3 sessions of treatment with an interval of 4 ~ 6 weeks.

Cautions

Sunscreen must be applied when outdoors.

Pay attention to the hygiene of hands before and after the treatment.

It is natural for the skin to tinglw when rubbing or after rubbing (around 1 ~ 2 days)

Lightly cleanse your face a day after treatment. Do not use cleansers that contain exfoliating ingredients such as scrubs, AHA, BHA, etc

Avoid sports, spa, sauna or food that makes you sweat. (Especially alcohols are prohibited).

Avoid functional cosmetics such as whitening/anti-wrinkles that contain retinol as an ingredient.

Not recommended for people with the severely thin skin layers.

The Stayve Seanergy Peel utilizes highly purified marine-derived microscopic prickles called spicules (extracted from natural seaweed/hydrolyzed sponge) to wake up the dermis. 1. Formulate Your Desired Peel Depth

You can customize the peeling intensity strictly by adjusting your mixing ratios:

Strong Peel: 1.3g Powder (Full Vial) + 8ml Solution (Full Vial)

Medium Peel: 0.65g Powder (Half) + 4ml Solution (Half)

Mild Peel: 0.4g Powder (1/3) + 2.5ml Solution (1/3)

2. Clinical Treatment Steps

1. Cleanse and Degrease

Preparation

Thoroughly cleanse with Stayve Mild Cleansing Milk and prep with Stayve Hydrating Rose Toner If the client has a lower pain threshold, a topical anesthetic cream can be applied for 30 minutes and wiped completely clean before starting.

2. Zonal Application

The Rubbing Phase

Mix your selected ratio of Powder and Solution in a sterile bowl. Apply the mixture zone-by-zone in a strict sequence: Right Cheek → Left Cheek → Forehead → Nose. Lightly press and massage the slurry into the skin for 2 to 3 minutes per area (roughly 5–6 minutes total for the whole face).

(Note: If the mixture dries down while rubbing, mist a small amount of water or toner to keep it gliding).

3. Press & Wipe Clean

Do Not Scrub Hard

Once rubbing is finished, firmly press the entire treated area with gloved hands to ensure the spicules embed properly. Use a cool, damp aesthetic sponge or gauze compress to gently wipe away excess surface residue. Do not scrub aggressively, or you may inadvertently pull the embedded spicules out of the micro-channels.

4. Soothe and Protect

Post-Peel Care

The skin will feel highly stimulated, red, and prickly (like tiny glass shards or thorns). Immediately apply a chilled, soothing sheet mask for 10–15 minutes. Conclude by saturating the skin with a nourishing booster (like Stayve Salmon DNA or Peptide Gold) and a heavy layer of Stayve Repair Cream or Medisco Peelieve Cica Cream

Ingredients: Hydrolyzed Sponge, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Powder, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Leaf Powder, Hordeum Vulgare Leaf Powder, Melia Azadirachta Leaf Powder.

Hydrolyzed Collagen & Hyaluronic Acid: Plumps and shields the skin as the spicules adjust the tissue layers.

Aloe Vera & Rosemary Leaf Oil: Soothes irritation, reduces immediate erythema (redness), and cools skin temperature.

Storage Guidelines

Unopened Kit Shelf-Life: Unopened vials are stable for up to 2 years from production.

Post-Mixing Rule: Once a powder and solution vial are unsealed and mixed, the solution must be used immediately during that session. If you only mix a partial dose, the remaining unmixed liquid solution must be tightly recapped, stored in a refrigerator, and used within 2 weeks. Store the main box away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Important Precautions

Strict Aftercare Cleaning Rules:

Days 1–2: Instruct the client to wash their face only with a wet sponge or cool water—no cleansers.

Days 3–5: Use exclusively mild, hypoallergenic cleansers. Do not use soaps, wet tissues, physical scrubs, or cleansers containing active AHA, BHA, or retinol while the skin is actively peeling.

Do Not Peel Manually: The skin will become dry, itchy, and flake off heavily between days 3 and 5. Never allow the client to pick, scratch, or peel off the dead skin cells forcefully, as this can induce severe post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) or scarring. Let them slough off naturally.

UV and Activity Restrictions: Exposure to sunlight without heavy, broad-spectrum SPF will trigger freckles or hyperpigmentation on the fresh skin. Avoid intense gym workouts, hot saunas, steam rooms, and alcohol consumption for 5 consecutive days post-treatment to keep sweat from irritating the open pathways.

Topical Limitation: This is exclusively an epidermal-friction peeling matrix. It must never be micro-needled into the skin with an active mechanical pen device, nor should it ever be injected via a medical syringe.
